NPC Template and Rules

First and foremost, Npc sheets are not necessary. Their purpose is to 'claim' an npc, disallowing anyone from using them besides the creator. There is no limit to how many npcs one can have, but an npc can only be Rp'd if one's own character is present in-rp. Also, a post with an npc must contain at least one action from the owner's character, unless pre-arranged with a mod or admin.

Make it as detailed as you want, no restrictions here, really, besides godmodding and such.
