The Cthulhu- What are they?

They look like blond guys with green frog cloaks and -OH WHAT ARE THOSE IS THAT EVEN EYES WHY WHITE WHYYYYY
But yeah. Mysterious, right? They seem to know a whole ton about a whole lot, about the war and such. But they all look and sort of speak like middle age, i  my opinion. So, discussion- I won't say much else unless anyone else does ;3

Just like the doctor. They actually are just humans, They just give themselves fancy nicknames.

While that's possible, the only person who knew Quote as a robot from a glance was Booster. And he's uh... Old. Theses people look really young (same height as Kazuma), and still seemingly know Quote personally, or to an extent. Plus, they're natives to the island according to the credits. Also: Those eyes. Not normal o.o

They time travel and take drugs. They also have a different sense of fashion so they have these sick hoods.

Eh, I personally think they are native inhabitants of the island. With all the weird stuff going on with the island, and all the bizarre things on it, its not to extreme to believe their is a race of green hooded people that speak in riddles living up their. Given that the island could have been once home to a great kingdom before Ballos razed it to the ground, it might be possible that these guys are the remaining people of the great people that lived their, or at least their decedents.
